I’m Angela, a lead strategic designer based in Munich, Germany.

I am a firm believer that customer experience design and co-design allow us to not only more effectively tackle complex problems but also drive long-term and meaningful change. This provides us with opportunities to design and deliver experiences that customers can’t help but fall in love with.

Honest and good design starts with truly understanding your end user. If I am not out speaking to customers, citizens or supporters about their daily experiences, you’ll find me collaborating with others to generate deep value for everyone involved in the service ecosystem.

Over the last 14 years, I have led customer experience teams and projects at boutique agencies, in management consultancy and as part of in-house teams. I had the opportunity to work with clients to deliver customer experience transformation and digital innovation projects. My clients ranged from government, health care and sports, technology and engineering to education, insurance and telecommunications. 

Being curious by nature, I always seek to unpack the unseen and underlying root causes of a challenge. I am at my best when I can collaborate with others, alongside colleagues, client teams and members of the community.  

After 12 years of living in sunny Australia, I returned to Germany in April 2022.
